The pursuit for balance is reflected in all of my art. I have always loved the intricate details and magic of fine line drawings, as well as the expression of bold and bright paint strokes.

I grew up in Weimar, Germany, a small town steeped in the culture of classical poets, musicians and artists of the 18th century, as well as the more modern influence of the Bauhaus. I was drawn to New Zealand in 2006 by the laid back attitude and the wish of making dreams come true.
